The school choir with children from Years 4,5 and 6 travelled to the BP Pulse arena at Resorts World to take part in Young Voices 2026.
During the Autumn term the children took part in Choir club and learned 14 songs and dances in preparation for the concert. Their hard work and determination was witnessed each week as they learned new songs, words, dances, Makaton and singing in two parts and rounds.
At the concert the children sang with joy and took part with over 5,000 other children in an amazing show with the Young Voices orchestra, Urban Strides dancing team and Connie Talbot.
The children shared their gifts and talents from God and enjoyed taking part in this wonderful concert.
Songs from ELO, Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish and a sea shanty rendition were just a few of the fantastic songs in the concert and will certainly be remembered by our children. The atmosphere was electric and so many happy memories were made.
