Our school community and parishoners came together to celebrate our Harvest Mass, giving thanks to God for the many blessings we receive and for the generosity of others. A huge thank you to Father Fretch and our Year 5 children, who led the Mass so beautifully. The children read with confidence and sang wonderfully, helping us to celebrate this special occasion together. We also remembered St Teresa of Ávila, whose feast day we celebrated, reflecting on her faith and love for God.

Before the Mass, our Mini Vinnies worked hard to organise and prepare our Harvest display, showcasing the generous donations from our school community. We are incredibly grateful to all our families for their kindness and generosity. These gifts will be shared with those in need, reminding us of the importance of looking beyond ourselves and putting our faith into action.

During the Mass, Father Fretch also presented special certificates to children who have been recognised for living out our school virtues of Loving and Compassionate. We are very proud of these children for showing kindness, empathy and care towards others through their everyday actions.

Our Harvest Mass was a beautiful reminder that even small acts of generosity can make a big difference. Together, we continue to live out our mission to make a difference in all we do, following Jesus’ example.
