Culture Day was a fantastic celebration of diversity, organised by our School Council and Mrs Lloyd.

The day began with an exciting reveal, as the school councillors unveiled the flag of the country each class would be learning about. We were also treated to a brilliant performance by our talented Irish dancers.

Throughout the day, each class welcomed a special visitor to speak about their chosen country – for example, Mr Osbourne spoke to Year 1 about Jamaica. The children worked hard on projects about their countries and proudly shared what they had learned during a whole-school assembly.

Everyone came dressed in traditional clothing, and it was wonderful to see the vibrant and beautiful outfits that reflected their cultural backgrounds.
